• The use of AI raises many legal, ethical and contractual issues, especially in the chemical process industry

• Environment analysis in the chemical industry
• Creation of an assessment tool or matrix for evaluating various fields of application and solution approaches
• Systematised report for classification and evaluation as well as references to critical points

Scope:

• Consideration of legal requirements and guidelines, e.g., GDPR, NIS2, EU AI Act, AI Regulation, liability criteria, copyright, ethical aspects,…
• Consideration of YNCORIS-specific aspects e.g. data security, contractual agreements and obligations towards customers, risk & quality management, cloud & data management concepts, works council participation rights
• Clarification of the environment, e.g. consideration of the current funding landscape for the design of the challenge and, if necessary, transfer to a continuous project with a requirement for up-to-dateness due to the dynamic legal situation, technological development, etc.
